The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain accompanied by thunderstorms in Karachi and various parts of rural Sindh over the next two days, Express News reported.
According to the PMD's Early Warning Centre, Karachi is expected to experience hot and humid conditions on Monday, with chances of isolated rainfall and thunderstorms during the evening hours. The forecast also includes the possibility of dust storms or gusty winds accompanying the rain.
The weather advisory extends to several rural districts of Sindh, where thunderstorms, rain, and windstorms are expected today (Sunday) and tomorrow (Monday). The PMD has urged residents to stay alert and take necessary precautions, particularly in areas prone to wind damage or waterlogging.
Authorities are monitoring the situation closely as changing weather patterns continue to impact different regions of the province.
