A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) was informed on Wednesday that the court's orders for visits to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan were being flouted by the Adiala Jail authorities, while a contempt of court petition on the matter was not being scheduled for hearing.
Niazullah Niazi, the PTI founder's focal person, raised the complaint before the bench, comprising Acting Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Inam Amin Minhas.
In response, the acting chief justice told Niazi that when the petition came before him, he would
see to it on the administrative side.
