Fugitive arrested in triple 'honour killing' case
The accused was taken into custody and put behind bars.

Police claimed to have arrested a proclaimed offender who had killed three people, including a woman, in the name of honour, seven years after the crime.
SHO Chak Jhumra and Incharge Chowki Barnala utilized technical resources to track down and arrest the absconding accused, Muhammad Iftikhar alias Buta, involved in the murder case FIR 193/18, in which he had killed three people in 2018.
The accused was taken into custody and put behind bars.
Iftikhar had murdered Kamran, Mazhar, Hameed, and Iqra in the name of honour and had gone into hiding.
