The latest episode of The Masked Singer Season 13 aired on Wednesday and revealed the identity behind the costume of Paparazzo.

Actor Matthew Lawrence was unmasked after performing TLC’s hit song “Unpretty,” in a moment that tied in with a personal connection. His performance, along with a clue referencing a reptile zoo and a famous family, led panellist Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg to correctly guess his identity. Other guesses from the panel included Frankie Muniz, Jason Ritter and Ben Savage.

Lawrence, known for his roles in Boy Meets World and Brotherly Love, is in a relationship with Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas of TLC, a connection teased ahead of the unmasking.

In his pre-recorded segment, he stated, “Man, if you had told me that this little guy would still be standing here, I’d say you’re crazy. Because I’ve never sang before.” He added, “The next song is the biggest hint to my identity yet. So listen closely.”

This season has already featured several celebrity reveals including Erika Jayne, Method Man, Candace Cameron Bure, James Van Der Beek, and Oscar de la Hoya. The “Lucky 6” episode gathered finalists from all three groups — A, B, and C — with characters like Coral, Pearl, Boogie Woogie, Nessy, and Mad Scientist Monster still in play.

Panel regulars Nick Cannon, Rita Ora, Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg and Robin Thicke returned, with Ora continuing to fill in for Nicole Scherzinger.

The Masked Singer Season 13 continues on Fox with themed nights and more celebrity unmaskings ahead.
