CJCSC calls on UAE defence officials

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza called on UAE defence officials.

During his official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the CJCSC met Mohammed Fadal Al Mazrouei, the UAE Minister of State for Defence, Lieutenant General Issa Saif Mohammed Al Mazrouei, the Chief of Staff of the UAE armed forces and Dr Nasser Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Secretary General of the Tawazun Council, stated Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

He also visited the Tawazun Industrial Park and witnessed different manufacturing facilities.

During separately-held meetings, the discussions focused on the regional security environment and the strengthening of bilateral defence cooperation.

The civil and military leadership of the UAE appreciated the professionalism of Pakistan's armed forces and lauded their sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
