A seven-member Constitutional Bench (CB) of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan, continued on Wednesday the hearing of the intra-court appeals against the apex court's decision that stopped the military trial of civilians.
During the hearing, bench member Justice Jamal Mandokhail said that he had only one question that he had been asking repeatedly and that was how the proceedings were conducted in the military courts.
The court was informed that the entire procedure of the court of inquiry was in place.
