Driver rams cop car, surrenders later

A video of a dumper truck driver's reckless behaviour on Sharae Faisal has gone viral, showing the dumper ramming into a police vehicle and fleeing the scene. Within 24 hours of the incident, the driver voluntarily surrendered himself to the authorities.
