35 booked over obscene dance

A case has been registered against 35 people, including famous dancer Mehak Malik over performance of for obscene dances at a mehndi ceremony.

According to Bahawalpur police, currency notes were showered during the dances and the loudspeakers and sound amplifiers law had been violated during the ceremony in Yazman Mandi

The police registered the case against Mehak Malik, local citizen Zeeshan alias Shani, 10 nominated and other unidentified people.

According to sources, the suspects nominated in the case include some government employees, including a police constable.
