Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again continues to build momentum with episode 8, now streaming on Disney+. The penultimate episode raises the stakes across the board, setting the scene for what promises to be an explosive finale in one of Marvel’s most grounded and intense series to date.
With just one episode left in the season, episode 8 reinforces the show’s darker, politically charged tone. Long-buried secrets begin to surface, alliances grow strained, and key characters face mounting pressure from enemies within and without. As Matt Murdock navigates the increasing chaos in both his legal and vigilante roles, the line between justice and revenge grows ever thinner.
Episode 8 also sees Wilson Fisk doubling down on his political ambitions, using strategic leverage to strengthen his position in New York. Meanwhile, the growing tension surrounding the Red Hook Project hints at a larger endgame that could have far-reaching consequences for all involved.
The episode also introduces further conflict within key relationships, revealing fractures that could prove pivotal in the upcoming finale. Questions of loyalty, justice, and redemption permeate the story as characters are forced to confront the consequences of their choices.
New episodes of Daredevil: Born Again premiere every Tuesday on Disney+, with episode 8 dropping on April 8 at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT. The highly anticipated season 1 finale is set to release on April 15.
Season 1 consists of nine episodes in total. Marvel has confirmed that the series is structured in two parts and that filming for the second season began earlier this year.
The second season is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in early-to-mid 2026, and will consist of eight episodes.
