Lerone Murphy maintained his undefeated record with a dominant performance against Josh Emmett at UFC on ESPN 65, securing a unanimous decision victory.

The bout, which took place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, saw Murphy (16-0-1 MMA, 8-0-1 UFC) implement a smart strategy, staying elusive and staying on the outside to avoid Emmett's knockout power. Despite Emmett’s several close attempts, Murphy's striking and movement kept him out of danger.

The judges scored the fight in Murphy's favour with two 48-47 scores and one 49-46, extending his unbeaten streak to eight consecutive wins.
