Doechii has launched a new platform called Anxiety Is Watching Me to provide anonymous mental health support for individuals struggling with anxiety. The Florida-born rapper, who has been open about her own mental health journey, unveiled the digital hub recently, aiming to assist people facing emotional stress and anxiety.
The platform offers a range of resources, including anonymous peer support, coping tools, and connections to organizations like Mental Health America and The Trevor Project. Additionally, it provides tailored resources for marginalized groups such as Black, queer, and Latinx communities, addressing mental health disparities in these populations.
In a heartfelt message on Instagram, Doechii thanked fans for their support of her song Anxiety, which inspired the platform’s creation. She encouraged people to share their stories, offer support, or simply explore the available resources. The name of the hub directly references her song, where she describes the physical and emotional struggles of anxiety, likening it to the feeling of “an elephant standing on me” and the pressure to stay grounded.
The launch of Anxiety Is Watching Me coincides with National Minority Health Month, a timing chosen by Doechii to highlight the mental health challenges faced by marginalized communities. The platform aims to create a judgment-free space where users can connect, share, and heal together.
The announcement follows Doechii’s recent recognition at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event, where she was honored as Woman of the Year. Reflecting on her journey, she emphasized her commitment to hard work and resilience, both in her career and personal life.
Anxiety Is Watching Me is now live and available for the public to access.
