A group of 10 suspects kidnapped two youths and subjected them to violence. They shaved their beards with scissors on Friday.
The police have registered a case and started searching for the accused. Sajid Ali son of Akbar Ali, a resident of Nai Samundari, filed a case which stated that his son 18-year-old Samiullah, was going to buy yogurt along with his friend for Sehri when accused Ahmed Gujjar, Omar Malik, Lali, Muhammad Siddique and others, armed with sticks, scissors and knives stopped his son and his friend at Chak 140 GB turn and kidnapped them.
They subjected his son and his friend to torture and shaved the beard of his friend Zeeshan and injured them.
The police registered a case against the named accused under 365-337V-148-149 of the IPC and started searching for the accused.
Separately, armed suspects deprived seven citizens, including a woman, of cash, gold ornaments, mobile phones and valuables. The culprits deprived Ahsan Mahmood of cash and mobile phones after engaging him in conversion in the area of Mohalla Dastgir Colony of Mansoorabad Police Station.
