Ashton Hall, the fitness influencer known for his now-viral 4 a.m. morning routine, is under scrutiny after reports emerged that he was served an eviction notice earlier this month. The claim surfaced on March 24, 2025, when an influencer posted images of an alleged eviction notice on X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, "The routine guy really got evicted lmao."

The images named Hall as a defendant alongside Silent Sky LLC. The plaintiff listed was Brickell Flatiron Condominium Association, Inc., with attorney Lindsey F. Thurswell representing them. The viral post further alleged, "Dear influencers… don’t get yourself evicted for stupid reasons! Also, he was caught illegally subleasing it to others."

It also claimed, "The reason he got evicted is because he cloned the fob for the building and gave it out to somebody so that they can have access to the amenities of the building."

On Instagram, the page @ballerbusters posted a similar claim on March 26, stating that Hall had filmed his morning routine from the same apartment and verified the address using a Zillow listing, which priced the rent at over $17,000 a month and the ownership cost at $2.5 million.

Reactions online have been both mocking and critical. One user wrote, "He didn’t have paying rent in his routine." Another joked, "Bro was seen packing up a suitcase filled with bananas and spring water." A third said, "Nothing a sparkling ice bath can’t fix," while others added, "This is what happens when you spend all your money on bottled water and organic bananas," and "Legal trouble for routine guy."

Another user sarcastically noted, "Just 4 months ago we would've had a coin already at 100M celebrating this." Others chimed in with remarks like, "Classic gym bro," and "Miami expensive, can't fault him. That apt easily 5-8k a month. Those cars? Cost. His video production was high-quality, easily $500-1000 a video. No wonder :)"

Hall went viral after his 6-hour morning routine video, first posted in February 2025 and later shared by @tipsformenx, amassed over 157 million views. The routine includes waking at 3:50 a.m., drinking Saratoga Spring water, face massages with a banana peel, gym sessions, mouth-taping, swimming, meditating, and more. In his caption, Hall wrote: "Day 191 of the morning routine that changed my life. 3:50am to 9:30am… If you're dealing with a weak mind, bad decisions, or lack of productivity, go to sleep early. 4:00am – 8:00am no one's calling or distracting your productivity, they are sleep... 8:00[am] – 12:00pm is the opposite. Just try 30 days."

Following the viral fame, Hall addressed the attention in a video, saying, "God led me into this path and wanted me to lead, not follow." In another video, he responded to critics by captioning his post, "Easy route don’t pay well…"

He also reacted to his newfound meme status, including shoutouts from Drake and MrBeast, saying it was an honor to be part of the cultural conversation. As of now, Hall has not publicly confirmed or denied the eviction notice allegations.
