Love, emotions, and unforgettable moments filledThe Bachelor season 29 finale as Grant Ellis made his final choice—Juliana Pasquarosa. The former basketball pro and day trader proposed to Juliana in an emotional March 24 conclusion to the popular ABC reality series. And she said “yes.”
“Juliana, since our first night playing the piano and getting to know you, we've always had a connection,” Grant told her before going down on one knee. “I truly believe that you're somebody who is my best friend… I'll be there for you, as your man, as your friend, as your partner.”
Juliana returned the love, saying, “Yes. Absolutely, baby!” The heartfelt proposal capped a season filled with complex emotions, culminating in Grant choosing Juliana over Litia Garr.
Grant’s choice came after overnight Fantasy Suites with both finalists and emotionally charged family meetings. Although he told both women “I love you,” Juliana’s connection proved stronger. Her bond with Grant was reinforced during Fantasy Suites, which she described as a “12 out of 10 experience.”
Earlier in the season, Grant met Juliana’s family and received a warm welcome, including approval from her father. Juliana confided in her sister that she believed Grant was “her guy.”
Despite having formed meaningful connections with other contestants like Zoe McGrady and Litia Garr, Grant followed his instincts. “I had to try my best to find my person. And I did it,” he told host Jesse Palmer on the live reunion stage.
Juliana said the journey felt “like a fever dream” but that their months of reconnecting had only strengthened their bond. “I’m just so excited to get dinner with this man and have a glass of wine,” she said.
