The ball flew straight to Shivam Dube at mid-wicket, who made no mistake in completing the catch.

This marked the 18th duck of Rohit's IPL career, equaling the record for most ducks held by Australia's Glenn Maxwell and former Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik.

Earlier, CSK captain Ruturaj Gaikwad won the toss and opted to bowl against Mumbai.

Noor Ahmed and Khaleel Ahmed’s brilliant bowling efforts helped CSK restrict Mumbai to a modest total of 155 for nine in the third match of IPL 2025 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

Captain Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma provided some resistance, scoring 29 and 31, respectively. Meanwhile, Deepak Chahar’s late cameo of 28 off 15 balls helped Mumbai reach 155 for six in their 20 overs.

Debutant Afghan spinner Noor Ahmed was the pick of the bowlers, claiming 4 wickets, while Khaleel Ahmed took 3 as CSK dominated Mumbai’s middle order.
