Contrary to reports claiming the driver of Jaffer Express is killed, he has returned safe and sound.
In a video, doing the round on social media, the driver can be seen in a good health. He was talking to someone and informing about his wellbeing.
Earlier, it was reported that the driver of the train succumbed to his injuries.
It is pertinent to mention that the security forces have completed the operation against the assailants and killed 33 terrorists.
In a statement, the ISPR DG said the operation has been completed and all hostages have been recovered.
