Teddi Mellencamp has shared an update on her cancer journey, revealing that doctors recently discovered five additional tumors.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 43, took to Instagram on March 6 to inform her followers that she now has three more tumors in her brain and two on her lungs, which she said are a direct result of her melanoma.

Mellencamp expressed optimism about her treatment plan, stating that doctors are hopeful the new tumors can be addressed through immunotherapy. “That begins Tuesday at 11 AM,” she wrote. She maintained a positive outlook, joking about her new wig and adding, “Now, as @bravoandy would say: with all due… f— off, cancer!”

Her latest diagnosis follows a series of health challenges. On February 12, Mellencamp disclosed that she had been experiencing severe headaches for weeks. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple brain tumors that had likely been growing for six months. She underwent surgery the next day to remove two tumors, while smaller ones were set to be treated with radiation.

Her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, provided an update after her procedure, stating that the surgery had gone well but noting that Mellencamp was in significant pain. Mellencamp, who announced her separation from Arroyave in November 2024, shares three children with him: Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 4. She is also a stepmother to his eldest daughter, Isabella.

Following her recovery at home, Mellencamp thanked her medical team and supporters on Instagram on February 26, revealing that four tumors had been removed during surgery. “This fight is not over, but that round has been won,” she wrote, expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support she has received.
