Varsity student commits 'suicide'

A student of a private university allegedly committed 'suicide' by hanging himself from a fan in the F-11 Markaz Executive Heights area on Wednesday. Police said that Qamar Abbas, 24, lived in F-11 Markaz Executive Heights.
