Baltimore Ravens lineman Ben Cleveland has filed for divorce from his wife, Kaitlyn Cleveland, just weeks after his arrest for allegedly driving under the influence. According to TMZ, the 26-year-old submitted divorce documents in Baldwin County, Georgia, on February 28, citing adultery as the reason for their separation. The filing lists December 29, 2024, as the official separation date.
Cleveland, who was drafted by the Ravens in 2021 after playing college football at the University of Georgia, proposed to Kaitlyn in Las Vegas in February 2020. The couple married in July 2022, but recent events suggest a growing rift.
His divorce filing came just 16 days after his February 12 arrest in Milledgeville, Georgia. Authorities pulled him over after observing his vehicle swerving between lanes, according to an arrest report cited by the NFL. Cleveland reportedly registered a blood alcohol content of .178—more than twice the legal limit. He was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane before being released on bond.
His legal troubles coincided with a noticeable shift in Kaitlyn’s social media activity. The couple last appeared together online on December 26, three days before their official separation date. Since then, Kaitlyn has shared glimpses of solo travels, including a trip to the Virgin Islands and a Mardi Gras celebration in Mobile, Alabama, hinting at a new chapter in her life. On February 7, she posted photos from her getaway, captioning the post, “A one-way flight has never sounded better.”
