High Exports: FPCCI lauds business community

President Haji Ghulam Ali said that the business community achieved $25 billion exports in last fiscal year.

ISLAMABAD:
Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) President Haji Ghulam Ali said on Thursday that the business community achieved $25 billion exports in last fiscal year against the government’s target of $20 billion despite unfavourable business conditions. During his visit to Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), the FPCCI president said that the government should resolve the problems being faced by the business community. He urged the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to simplify the e-filing system for sales tax to facilitate the business community.
