Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande are confirmed to perform at the 97th Academy Awards on March 2.

The Wicked stars, both nominated for their roles as Elphaba and Glinda, will take the stage in a highly anticipated musical performance. While their song choice remains under wraps, fans are speculating a Wicked showcase.

Other confirmed performers include Doja Cat, LISA of Blackpink, Queen Latifah, and RAYE, with a special appearance by the Los Angeles Master Chorale. The event, hosted by Conan O’Brien, will air live on ABC and stream on Hulu at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, with a red carpet pre-show beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT.

The Wicked movie has earned 10 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture. Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande are nominated for Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress, respectively. The film also secured nominations for Best Original Score, Best Editing, Best Production Design, Best Costume Design, Best Makeup and Hairstyling, Best Sound, and Best Visual Effects.

The Wicked cast includes Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, Jeff Goldblum as The Wizard, Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, Ethan Slater as Boq, and Marissa Bode as Nessarose. Wicked: Part One premiered on November 22, 2024, with Wicked: For Good set for release on November 21, 2025. Wicked: Part One will be available for streaming on Peacock starting March 21.
