Diddy’s ex Cassie Ventura pregnant with third child months after settling physical assault lawsuit

Cassie Ventura is expecting her third child with husband Alex Fine.

Cassie has announced that she is expecting her third child with her husband, Alex Fine. The 38-year-old singer shared the exciting news on Instagram on Wednesday, showcasing her growing baby bump while posing with their children, Frankie, four, and Sunny, two.  

Along with the sweet photo, she posted a pregnancy emoji, a blue heart, and the hashtag "#3."

Cassie and Alex tied the knot in a private ceremony in August 2019, and two months later, they welcomed their first daughter, Frankie. Their second daughter, Sunny, was born in March 2021.  

Cassie's happy announcement comes just three months after she played a significant role in exposing her ex-boyfriend Sean "Diddy" Combs, accusing him of years of physical abuse and rape in a shocking $30 million lawsuit.  

The disgraced 54-year-old rapper is currently in prison after being arrested on September 16 on charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. He will remain incarcerated until his trial, which is set for May 2025.  

Cassie had a turbulent, on-and-off relationship with Combs that lasted for 11 years.  

They began their secret romance in 2007, two years after their first meeting when Cassie was just 19. Their relationship became public in 2012, but they parted ways in 2018 after six years together.  

On November 16, 2023, Cassie filed a lawsuit against Combs, accusing him of rape and repeated physical abuse over the course of their decade-long relationship, which also explained her absence from the music scene.  

The lawsuit detailed how Combs allegedly forced his way into her home and raped her just before their relationship ended.  

She described how he supposedly drugged, intimidated, and forced her to engage in sex acts with male sex workers in front of him throughout their time together.  

Combs settled the case just a day after the lawsuit was filed.  

In March, disturbing surveillance footage surfaced showing Combs attacking Cassie at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles, in 2016.  

In the footage, Combs, wearing only a towel, is seen chasing Cassie down the hallway before grabbing her by the back of the head and slamming her to the ground.
