The joint bilateral training exercise "Affaa Al Sahel VII" between the Special Operations Forces (SOFs) of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) and the Special Service Group (SSG) of the Pakistan Navy concluded on a high note in Karachi with an intense Final Test Exercise (FTX).

Rear Admiral Faisal Amin, Commander Coast of the Pakistan Navy, and senior military officials from both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia attended the final exercise, which showcased the advanced operational skills of both forces.

The exercise featured joint live-fire drills, precision raids, and dynamic rappelling maneuvers in a high-threat simulated environment.

The focus of the drills included counterterrorism responses, hostage rescue operations, and coordinated maritime interventions, testing the forces’ ability to work seamlessly together under pressure.

The exercise, held over several days, highlighted the tactical proficiency of both the RSNF and SSG (N) teams in complex, high-risk maritime operations.
