Kim Kardashian’s Skims brand has teamed up with Nike to launch a new activewear line, marking a major milestone for the shapewear brand. 

The collaboration, called NikeSKIMS, will feature apparel, footwear, and accessories, with the first collection set to debut this spring and a global rollout planned for 2026. While details of the collection remain under wraps, the partnership is seen as a strategic move for both brands to expand their reach, particularly in the women’s activewear market.

44-year-old Kardashian’s Skims, valued at $4 billion, is looking to capitalize on Nike’s manufacturing and development capabilities to grow its presence in the competitive athletic apparel space. This move comes as Nike seeks to win over more female consumers and regain market share from rivals like Lululemon and Alo Yoga. 

Nike’s previous focus has been on male consumers, but the NikeSKIMS partnership will help shift the brand’s attention to women, who tend to shop more frequently and spend more on apparel.

The collaboration also offers growth opportunities for Skims, which is considering an initial public offering (IPO). By aligning with Nike, Skims is positioning itself as a strong contender in the activewear industry, potentially paving the way for its public debut and easing investor concerns.
