Conor McGregor was in top form during a recent BKFC press conference, ahead of the promotions debut in Italy.

McGregor has once again hinted at a future move to Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), this time revealing a list of potential opponents he could face in the promotion.

Conor, who has two fights remaining on his UFC contract, has not competed since his trilogy loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in 2021.

A scheduled return at UFC 303 last June was cancelled due to a toe injury, delaying his long-awaited comeback.

Despite his ongoing UFC obligations, McGregor has frequently suggested a transition to BKFC.

Over the weekend, he doubled down on those claims during a press conference, stating his intention to compete under the promotion’s banner.

“If you think I’m up here giving these speeches and leading these men into battle, and I won’t step in there myself – think again,” McGregor said.

“Conor McGregor will fight in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Mark my words.”

The former UFC champion named several potential opponents, including Mike Perry, Jeremy Stephens, and Eddie Alvarez.

He also expressed interest in BKFC title fights across multiple weight classes.

“There are many showcase bouts,” McGregor said.

“You could say Mike Perry. You could say Jeremy Stephens. You could say a rematch against Eddie Alvarez. You could say many matches, but the lightweight title – who’s the champion right now? Lightweight, welterweight… Let’s see. I am open. We will see when it comes.”

During the same event, McGregor also speculated on the potential arrival of former PRIDE FC heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko in BKFC, suggesting the Russian icon may be nearing a deal with the organisation.

“Hey, Fedor, we’re waiting,” McGregor said. “Some news might be coming with Fedor Emelianenko. Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is signing and acquiring the best fighters of all time, past, present, and future.”

McGregor’s future remains uncertain, but with his UFC contract nearing completion, speculation surrounding a BKFC debut continues to grow.
