Australian influencer Lil Golo was hospitalized after a failed duct tape stunt at an Auckland skate park went wrong.

Australian influencer and rapper Lil Golo was hospitalized after a failed stunt at Base Space skate park in Auckland, New Zealand, where he attempted to run through a wall made of duct tape. The social media personality, known for his daring content, lost consciousness and was surrounded by paramedics after hitting the ground hard.

With the help of a friend, Lil Golo set up the stunt using $400 worth of duct tape, securing it between two poles. He started by breaking through a single strip of tape and gradually increased the challenge, successfully running through walls made of 10 and 100 strips. However, when attempting to break through a structure consisting of 1,000 strips, he was knocked out cold on his second attempt.

The impact left him gasping for air, with friends rushing to his side. A doctor on the scene placed him on his side as his eyes rolled back and foam appeared at his mouth. Once he regained consciousness, Lil Golo was placed in a neck brace and given fentanyl for pain relief before being transported to the hospital.

After regaining consciousness, Lil Golo addressed the incident on social media, apologizing for the risky stunt and suggesting he may retire from extreme challenges. "I think I'm gonna retire Lil Golo stunt arc after this one. Sorry for scaring everyone who was there today. I'm alive, don’t worry. Love you all," he wrote.

Despite the severity of the incident, his followers reacted with humor, joking about the stunt’s outcome. Some commented that he had been “reset to factory settings” after the impact.
