The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the release of the official song for the 2025 Men's Champions Trophy, titled Jeeto Baazi Khel Ke, performed by renowned singer Atif Aslam.
The song, produced by Abdullah Siddiqui with lyrics by Adnan Dhool and Asfandyar Asad, is set to heighten excitement for the upcoming 15-match event, taking place from February 19 to March 9 in Pakistan and the UAE.
The music video, a vibrant celebration of Pakistan’s diverse culture, features Aslam dancing through bustling streets while cricket fans wave flags of participating teams.
Aslam, a cricket fan himself, expressed his excitement for the song’s release, noting his passion for the sport and his emotional connection to the India-Pakistan matches.
ICC chief commercial officer, Anurag Dahiya, added that the song represents the Pakistani identity and aims to celebrate the Champions Trophy, urging fans to purchase tickets for the event.
Sumair Ahmad Syed, ICC Champions Trophy 2025 tournament director and PCB COO, emphasized the milestone of the song’s launch, confident that it would energize fans, particularly in Pakistan, and elevate the atmosphere for the event.
The song is available on popular streaming platforms worldwide.
The exciting two-week competition will feature the world's top eight teams battling it out in 15 intense matches over 19 days, with each game crucial in the race for the iconic white jackets.
Fans still have the chance to buy tickets for the event online or at ticket providers in Pakistan. Tickets for the final, set for March 9, will go on sale after the first semi-final in Dubai.
