Florist girl allegedly killed by rickshaw driver

A 17-year-old girl selling flowers was killed by a rickshaw driver and accomplices with poison.

A 17-year-old girl who was selling flowers on Susan Road was killed by a rickshaw driver along with his colleagues by feeding her with some intoxicating substance.

The police took the body into custody and after taking necessary action handed it over to the heirs of the deceased and registered a case. Bahadur Ali Akbar, a resident of street number three Nawaz Park, who deals in poultry business, stated in the case filed with Madina Town Police that his 17-year-old daughter, Saba used to sell flower from D Ground to Susan Road.

He further stated that his daughter Saba was taken by a rickshaw driver named Jeela and dropped back at night.

About whom his daughter often complained that he used to play loud music and give rides to strange boys while she was travelling in his vehicle.

The victim's father said that he explained to the rickshaw driver Jeela but he did not stop this practice and along with the accused Roshni, who was selling flowers and his accomplices Rizwan, Allah Rakha and Thatma, gave my daughter an intoxicating substance and left her outside the house.

He told police that his daughter staggered into the house unwell and lay down on the bed and died. The accused killed her by giving poison after consultation. The police registered a case against the accused.
