Sean “Diddy” Combs was transported from Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center to a nearby hospital under the cover of darkness last Thursday night, sources revealed.

The 55-year-old music mogul, who is facing sex trafficking and racketeering charges, underwent an MRI at Brooklyn Hospital around 10 p.m. due to knee issues stemming from his past marathon training.

Authorities reportedly scheduled the late-night hospital visit to minimize attention from inmates and prison staff. After the noninvasive scan, Combs was promptly returned to his cell. A Bureau of Prisons spokesperson declined to comment on medical conditions due to privacy and security policies.

Combs has been held at the MDC since December 3 after being denied bail on charges alleging he led Bad Boy Records as a criminal enterprise for over a decade. Federal prosecutors accuse him of orchestrating "Freak-Offs," coercing women into sex acts with escorts while he secretly filmed them for blackmail.

The embattled mogul has denied all allegations, with his trial set to begin on May 5. As the case unfolds, public scrutiny continues to mount over one of the most high-profile legal battles in the entertainment industry.
