UFC's Bryce Mitchell has come under fire for his comments regarding Adolf Hiter and the Nazi party during the first episode of his podcast.

Mitchell, ranked 13th in the featherweight division, claimed Adolf Hitler was a "good guy" and denied the Holocaust. The 30-year-old also made homophobic and transphobic statements.

UFC president Dana White has criticised fighter Bryce Mitchell for making antisemitic remarks, calling them "beyond disgusting."

White confirmed the UFC contacted Mitchell immediately, stating: "What he said was beyond disgusting and he needs a real education on the facts surrounding Hitler and World War Two."

White further condemned Mitchell’s statements, calling Hitler "one of the most disgusting and evil human beings to ever walk the earth" and criticising social media for providing a platform to "dumb and ignorant people."

Despite the condemnation, Mitchell has not yet faced disciplinary action.

Veteral MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, who is Jewish, reacted on social media: "Each and every day MMA finds a way to reach a new low… It just continues to baffle me at how unbelievably stupid—not to mention bigoted—some of the people in the sport can be."

MMA fans also took to social media, calling for Mitchell to be let go from the UFC amidst Dana White's 'Free Speech' argument.

Mitchell, who has been with the UFC since 2018, last fought in December at UFC 310.
