Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal woes deepened after federal prosecutors unveiled a superseding indictment, broadening the scope of his alleged criminal activities.

New court documents, filed on January 30, expand the racketeering case, adding multiple kidnapping victims, new arson charges, and drug trafficking allegations.

The indictment alleges that Diddy’s multi-billion-dollar empire, spanning music, fashion, and spirits, concealed a long-running criminal network. Federal authorities claim the mogul’s operation involved sex trafficking, violent coercion, and drug distribution, spanning from 2004 to 2024.

The revised filing introduces three new victims, all identified as Victim-1, Victim-2, and Victim-3, who were allegedly trafficked, assaulted, and manipulated under Diddy’s control. The charges also allege kidnapping in both New York and California, with Diddy using threats and physical force to detain victims.

Arson charges have also been added, following earlier claims that Diddy orchestrated the explosion of Kid Cudi’s car in a fit of jealousy over his ex-girlfriend, Cassie. Additionally, the indictment now includes allegations of drug trafficking involving methamphetamine and psilocin (hallucinogenic mushrooms), drugs allegedly used to manipulate and control victims.

Diddy’s legal team has denied all accusations, calling the evidence insufficient. However, the expanded charges and newly surfaced victims complicate his defense. With a special sentencing factor now in place, the mogul could face an even longer prison sentence if convicted. Currently, Diddy remains in custody without bail due to concerns over flight risk and potential witness tampering.
