Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has announced to make the process of tax returns easier for the salaried class.
Addressing a program on economy in Islamabad, the finance ministry hinted at reducing the burden on the salaried class in the next budget. He said the process of filing tax return will be made easier in line with some countries that facilitated their citizens.
The finance minister expressed satisfaction over a rise in the remittances and IT exports, adding these are positive indicators for the country's economy. He apprised that the process of consultation with different chambers of commerce and industries will be started soon.
