Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a notice to Federal Investigating Agency in Toshakhana case 2.0.
According to a written order of the hearing of the petition seeking release of PTI founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi, the IHC stated the petitioners claimed that the case had no legal standing and they should be released.
The counsel of the PTI founder said the case based on the evidences of approvers lacks legal standing. The lawyer submitted the trial court is expediting the case process which may affect the basic rights of the petitioners.
