The recent auction of 236 one-kanal plots in Sector C-14 received overwhelming response from citizens wishing to buy property in the capital.
This prompted the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to auction more residential plots in the under-development housing project, Margalla Enclave.
The project is being jointly developed by CDA and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA). It is a highly sought-after residential bloc in Islamabad. This esteemed project offers a range of plot sizes, including five marlas, 10 marlas and one kanal.
The plots can be paid for through convenient instalment plans over a period of one, two or three years. All basic civic amenities are present for residents of Margalla Enclave.
