Mohib Mirza gushes over Sanam Saeed's work ethic

Actor believes wife is one of the best local theatre performers

During an interview on YouTube show Nadaan Maizban, Mohib Mirza waxed lyrical over his wife and actor Sanam Saeed, lauding her temperament as well as her dedication towards her craft.

Having been married since 2021, the two actors celebrated three years of their love recently. But the serenity of their shared love remains novel. "There's no arrogance to her. She's a very down-to-earth person and possesses a peaceful soul," Mohib described.

In terms of Sanam's professionalism, Mohib began by breaking down the craft itself. "There are certain actors you can put into any situation, and they'll observe what they are dealing with on their own. They'll see where they are placed and where the camera is placed, they'll gauge their left and right sides, and perform after gaining some level of understanding," he said.

Segueing into theatre, the Jafaa actor declared, "I think Sanam is one of the best theatre performers in Pakistan." Adding that his wife took on a play consisting of 42 characters, he said, "So if an actor has a thought process like that, doing superficial work would naturally be difficult for her."

This is why, Mohib believes, Sanam is curious to know the details of whatever project she takes on. "I don't think she intends to bother anyone with her questions," he clarified.

He then cited the example of Deedan, the serial that they worked on together. Emphasising on the change in accents and environment, he mentioned that Sanam frequently had many questions on her mind, which Mohib feels is justified considering that she wishes to do justice to the roles she takes on.

Returning to his husbandly adoration for her, Mohib was keen to reiterate that Sanam is a very composed and tranquil individual when it comes to their personal lives. "You won't know a more balanced person," he fondly raved. As for what his wife thinks of him, Mohib believes that that's something only she can tell.

During an older interview with Fahad Mustafa, the couple made their marriage public news after a period of letting rumours stay afloat. As of late, the two posted content from their recent international trip, sharing tidbits of their romantic escapade with their followers on Instagram.

When asked how the two balance each other out given the differences in their humour levels, Sanam shared that Mohib's jovial nature anchors them during dull moments. "Sometimes I can get really lame," she hilariously revealed.
