“Thank you for all the birthday wishes, 32!!” he captioned the photo, expressing gratitude for the birthday wishes, and reflecting on turning 32 while holding the Last of Us-themed cake. He also took a moment to thank his fans for their continued support and generosity, "I’ve seen the projects you’ve all been creating to help others and couldn’t be more thankful," he continued. "Thanks for raising funds for causes close to my heart.”
The cake, which paid tribute to the popular video game and TV series, was a highlight of the singer’s celebration, with Malik calling it “an amazing piece of art” on his Instagram.

The intricately designed cake featured a large bust of a clicker, the fungal zombie-like creatures from The Last of Us video game and HBO series. His first name was prominently displayed in bold letters at the base of the unsettling creation. Malik, captioned the story, expressing gratitude to the creator of the cake: “@thelondonbaker Thank you for this amazing piece of art, you’re an absolute legend,” he wrote. “This cake is the best I’ve ever had… in 32 years!”
This isn't the first time the "Pillowtalk" singer has been gifted a cleverly designed dessert for his birthday. In 2021, when Malik turned 28, his former girlfriend Gigi Hadid, a big fan of Cake Boss, hired celebrity baker Buddy Valastro to create a Bradford City AFC-themed cake for him.
