Ex-WNBA star joins OnlyFans, earns more in first week than entire career

Liz Cambage made more money in her first week on OnlyFans than her entire WNBA career.

Liz Cambage, a former four-time WNBA All-Star, ended her basketball career in 2022 after a mutual agreement with the Los Angeles Sparks to part ways. 

Cambage had signed a one-year contract for $170,000 in February 2022, but decided to explore new opportunities.

The Australian basketball star soon turned to OnlyFans, where she found financial success beyond her WNBA earnings. Cambage reportedly made more money in her first week on the platform than she had during her entire professional basketball career. 

Cambage joined OnlyFans not just for financial gain, but as a way to express a different side of herself. “Basketball was a part of me, but it wasn’t all of me,” she shared, using the platform to post fashion-forward, artistic, and suggestive content that reflected her passion for modeling and creativity.

Cambage’s success has reignited the conversation around pay disparities in professional sports, especially when comparing her WNBA earnings with those of NBA players. While Cambage earned $221,450 in her highest-paying season, the vast pay gap is clear. 

Cambage now earns over $1.5 million annually through her OnlyFans career and remains focused on building her personal brand. “I’m not closing any doors, but right now, I’m focusing on building something new,” she says.
