'No more disabled persons in K-P'

Under the programme, 37,000 special persons in the province will each receive financial aid.

MNA Sardar Faisal Amin Khan Gandapur, brother of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, announced that the provincial government has officially banned the term 'disabled persons' and will now refer to persons with disabilities as 'special persons'.

He stated that the government has taken a significant step to support special persons in the province. "Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur has launched a financial assistance programme worth Rs370 million for special persons in Khyber=Pakhtunkhwa. Sardar Faisal Amin Khan Gandapur shared these views during a financial assistance distribution event for special persons.

During the event, it was highlighted that the financial assistance programme has been formally initiated by Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, and a ceremony was held at the CM House in Peshawar.

Under the programme, 37,000 special persons in the province will each receive financial aid.
