ATC to conduct daily hearings in GHQ case

Anti-Terrorism Court has decided to hear the GHQ attack case on a regular basis from January 13 in response to a prosecution request.

During the hearing of GHQ attack case on Wednesday, the court indicted Shabbir Sikander. This takes the tally of indicted accused in the case to 118. The prosecution requested the court to hear the case on a regular basis that was approved by the court.

The court also granted PTI founder Imran Khan's requests for a medical examination by his personal physician, the restoration of television access, provision of newspapers, and permission to call his children. The court also accepted a request of Usman Dar for a foreign visit from Jan 13 to Feb 21.
