In a surprise inspection Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa revealed alarming conditions at the Diplomatic Enclave Shuttle Service on Tuesday.
The cafeterias and waiting areas were found to be in a deplorable state, with garbage scattered across the premises, foul doors emanating from the restrooms. Disturbingly, a stable was also discovered on-site.
Substandard food items were being sold openly to citizens visiting embassies, compounding the already poor condition of the facility.
