The City Traffic Police (CTP) has introduced a modern driving simulator in the driving training school.
Those learning to drive will be able to practice driving in different situations without any danger through the driving simulator.
This modern simulator will not only provide awareness of traffic rules but will also provide training on correct responses in difficult and emergency situations.
This initiative is the result of the special interest of Chief Traffic Officer Rawalpindi Beenish Fatima, who ensured the use of modern technology to provide the best driving training to the citizens.
The CTO visited the driving training school, inspected the simulator and directed the staff to provide all possible facilities to the trainees so that they could become safe and expert drivers.
She said that this initiative would not only be helpful in preventing traffic accidents but would also help in providing a safe travel environment to the public.
"Citizens will be trained in international standard driving skills through modern training. This initiative by the CTP will prove to be an important milestone in promoting respect for traffic rules and awareness of safe driving among the public," Fatima said, adding the use of modern technology would help transform the citizens of Rawalpindi into safe and confident drivers.
