Cold, dry weather expected

Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very cold conditions are likely in hilly areas during the next twelve hours, a Radio Pakistan report said on Thursday.

However, partly cloudy weather with light rain and snowfall may occur in Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas during the evening and night. Smog and fog are expected to persist in isolated plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during the morning and night hours.

Frost is likely to form in isolated areas of Islamabad, the Pothohar region, and K-P during the morning.
