Organised Crime Unit arrested suspects, including a woman, reportedly involved in robberies in Defence area.
According to a spokesperson, the suspects, identified as Kiran Amanat, Asif Ali, and Javed, were apprehended after being linked to multiple theft and burglary cases in upscale neighbourhoods.
Stolen items worth Rs88.8 million, including 200 tolas of gold, diamond jewellery, luxury watches, and cash, were recovered during the operation. Officials revealed that the arrested woman, Kiran Amanat, would secure employment in affluent households under the guise of a domestic worker.
