ATC warns absconders in GHQ case

RAWALPINDI:

An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued a public notice to two accused in the GHQ attack case, providing them an opportunity to appear voluntarily in court by Jan 24.

Prosecutor Zahir Shah informed that ATC judge Amjad Ali Shah had issued public notices to be published in newspapers of two absconders Shaheer Sikander and Muhammad Asim and directed them to appear voluntarily on Jan 24.

The judge remarked that if the absconding accused failed to appear before the court by the prescribed date, they will be declared as proclaimed offenders.
