Megan Thee Stallion has filed for a restraining order against Tory Lanez, alleging continued harassment despite his imprisonment.
Tory, currently serving a 10-year sentence in California for the 2020 shooting incident involving Megan, is accused of waging “psychological warfare” against her through third parties, including bloggers.
According to court documents filed on December 17, 2024, Megan claims Tory has orchestrated defamatory statements about her, particularly through blogger Elizabeth Milagro Cooper, whom Megan previously sued. TMZ reports that Megan cites prison phone call logs as evidence, revealing conversations between Tory, his father, and Cooper, discussing payments for harassing her.
Megan detailed the severe emotional toll the harassment has taken, describing her life as ruined and herself in a deep depression. While not suicidal, she stated, “I sometimes wish Tory would have shot and killed me, if I would have known I was going to go through this torture.” The filing underscores the lasting trauma from the 2020 incident and Tory’s ongoing efforts to appeal his conviction.
Megan is requesting the court issue a restraining order prohibiting Tory from contacting, harassing, or intimidating her, directly or indirectly, through any associates. She argues that his actions continue to disrupt her mental health and personal relationships.
Tory Lanez has yet to respond to the latest allegations as he remains focused on his appeal. The case highlights the ongoing legal and emotional fallout between the two artists.
