Billie Eilish was struck in the face by an object thrown from the crowd during a performance on Friday the 13th in Glendale, Arizona.

The incident occurred while Eilish was performing her hit song ‘What Was I Made For?’ from the ‘Barbie’ movie soundtrack. Despite being hit, the 22-year-old GRAMMY and Oscar winner continued with her performance without missing a beat, showcasing her professionalism.

The object was reportedly thrown during a tense moment at Desert Diamond Arena, where some fans had been upset earlier in the day. A number of concertgoers were turned away from wristband pickups after waiting for hours outside the venue. Those who didn’t purchase tickets through official channels like Live Nation Ticketmaster were affected, as third-party apps like StubHub and SeatGeek were reportedly not honored.

Eilish’s fans expressed anger at the incident, with some calling for the perpetrator to be held accountable. The incident is part of her ongoing BILLIE EILISH: HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR.
