Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy S25 Ultra in 2025, although the exact release date remains unconfirmed. Rumours are swirling about a potential launch in January 2025, with the date yet to be officially confirmed by the company through an Unpacked invitation.

The Galaxy S25 series will include three models: the S25, S25+, and the S25 Ultra. These flagship devices are expected to feature a refined design, next-generation processors, improved displays, new Galaxy AI functionalities, and a revolutionary software experience.

Launch date: January 2025

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, posting on X (formerly Twitter), the Galaxy S25 series could debut on January 22, 2025. However, due to time zone differences, the launch event may actually take place on January 23 in South Korea.

Despite the time zone variations, countries like India, the US, and others generally share the same launch date for Samsung events. This means the Unpacked event could begin in the early hours in the United States, with a nighttime start in India.

At the Unpacked event, Samsung is expected to showcase the new Galaxy S25 series alongside several exciting innovations. Furthermore, the launch will introduce One UI 7, Samsung’s latest software update, which was initially expected at the Samsung Developer Conference (SDC24) but has since been confirmed for the Galaxy S Unpacked event next year.
