Police have arrested a man accused of murdering his mother with the help of his uncles and cousin over a property dispute in Orangi Town earlier this week.
According to District Central SSP, the arrested accused, identified as Mukhtiar, strangled his 40-year-old mother Izzat Pari. The accused, aided by his two maternal uncles and a cousin named Bakhtiar, strangled her to death after subjecting her to torture.
Mukhtiar has confessed to his crime, saying that he was angry at his mother who had him arrested a few times by police. He also identified his two uncles and a cousin as his accomplices in the crime. The accused said that he used to work in Saudi Arabia and recently returned to Pakistan.
