Pop star Meghan Trainor revealed she is struggling to smile after overdoing a cosmetic procedure. During a recent episode of her Workin’ on It podcast, Trainor candidly shared her experience with Botox, saying, “I got too much Botox and I need help!”
The “All About That Bass” singer, 30, admitted she had previously used Botox for her forehead but decided to try a “lip flip” to enhance her upper lip. She revealed, “Someone convinced me… you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip… It was not true.” Trainor now finds it painful to smile, saying, “My face hurts to smile, to even try.”
Trainor’s humorous take on the situation included sharing a photo of herself with a puppy, joking, “I don’t look happy. I look like I smelled someone’s fart.”
In the same podcast episode, the Grammy winner discussed her plans for a boob job following her experience with breastfeeding. “My mommy boobies were full of milk, and now they’re empty,” Trainor said, describing her breasts as “saggy sacks” after losing weight and finishing breastfeeding her son, Barry.
The singer, who shares two sons—3-year-old Riley and 1-year-old Barry—with husband Daryl Sabara, added that her decision is also motivated by upcoming performances. “I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit,” she explained.
Despite these cosmetic challenges, Trainor maintains her signature humor and openness, providing fans with relatable insights into her life as a mom and performer.
