YourRAGE exposed for promoting dissolvable facial fillers

FaZe Clan streamer YourRAGE is facing backlash after admitting to promoting dissolvable facial fillers for $5,000.

Joshua Maynard, better known as YourRAGE, a prominent FaZe Clan streamer, is facing backlash on social media after allegations surfaced that he promoted dissolvable facial fillers. 

The controversy gained traction after X, formerly Twitter, user @scubaryan_ shared videos on November 27, claiming the streamer was "being exposed" for his involvement in promoting cosmetic procedures.

According to @scubaryan_’s post, an old video surfaced in which YourRAGE, at the age of 19, allegedly admitted to promoting dissolvable facial fillers for a $5,000 payment. The video reportedly featured YourRAGE discussing his involvement in the promotion, sparking a backlash from his audience.

The controversy escalated further when DJ Akademiks shared an Instagram post by cosmetic surgeon Dr. Shaun Patel on his official X channel, @AkademiksTV. In the post, Dr. Patel detailed a chin lift procedure that seemed to align with the allegations against YourRAGE. He explained how the procedure used Restylane Lyft, a common dermal filler, to enhance the chin's appearance—a treatment that YourRAGE had reportedly undergone.

In response to the allegations, YourRAGE addressed the situation with a message on X, joking, "Ian stream in 3 months, my broke a** might f*ck around & promote dat sh*t again.” His response seemed to brush off the controversy, using humor to deflect the accusations.

The allegations were further fueled by a two-minute video shared by @scubaryan_ on X, showing YourRAGE reacting to footage of himself undergoing a facelift. In the video, YourRAGE called himself “corny” for promoting the procedure and expressed regret, admitting it had caused his hair to fall out temporarily.

This is not the first time YourRAGE has made headlines in 2024. Earlier in July, he left his followers worried after suffering an eye injury during a live stream, sparking concerns for his health and safety. Despite the recent controversy, YourRAGE remains a significant figure in the online gaming and streaming community.
